The Costa Del Sol stretches along just over 150 kilometres and is one of Spain's most popular tourist resorts.

Benalmadena

Covering an area of 30 kilometres, the Benalmadena area offers a comfortable climate with light sea breezes. The area is split into 3 regions: the old town which still retains much of its original charm, Arroyo del la Miel the busy commercial town centre and Benalmadena Costa the coastal area with many hotels, beaches and spectacular Marina. Renowned for its nightlife, Benalmadena has an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes. There is plenty to do as well as enjoying family entertainment in places such as Tivoli World, theme parks and the fabulous Garden of Eagles.

Fuengirola

Fuengirola is probably most famous for its five miles of sandy beaches and views of the Mediterranean sweeping coastline. There is a wide promenade lined with palm trees and colourful flower beds. The beaches known as Boliches, Gaviotas and Torreblanca hold Blue Flags. Once a traditional fishing village Fuengirola is now an established resort full of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a waterpark and small zoo.

Marbella

What was once a small Andalusian fishing village has become one of the most exciting holiday resorts along the Mediterranean coast. Popular with the 'Jet-Set' and show business stars Marbella offers beautiful boulevards, parks and gardens, as well as those romantic narrow lanes in Moorish tradition. Great entertainment, great beaches and trendy bars make this chic resort an unforgettable experience.

Nerja

This resort lies between small coves untouched by development and surrounded by impressive mountain scenery. At the eastern end of the province, 50kms from Malaga and within one and half hours drive from Granada you will find Nerja. This town still retains the charm and character of its Moorish past and has a relaxed way of life. There are thirteen beaches and small coves including the internationally famous Burriana Beach. There is plenty to explore in the historic centre constructed in 1487 and for the more active; jeep safari, hiking, horse riding, waterskiing and paragliding are just a few activities on offer.

Torremolinos

Located 7 kilometres west of Malaga, Torremolinos was the first Costa Del Sol resort to be developed.
Torremolinos is noted for its clean beaches, wide choice of hotels, restaurants and fantastic entertainment and nightlife. At the height of the summer season this resort is very popular with young people and families due to the vast array of facilities. Packed with shops, thronged with people of every nationality and located at the heart of the town is the pedestrianised only Calle San Miquel, the main artery of the town. This paved street is lined with shops and boutiques with a great variety of goods available.
