Church Weddings:
The Catholic Church in the City of Bourgas is used for all Catholic weddings in Bulgaria. Bourgas is approximately a 30 minute drive from the resorts of Sunnybeach or Nessebar.
Civil Wedding:
Civil weddings take place in the picturesque and quaint town of Nessebar, only 15 minutes drive from Sunnybeach. Civil Marriages are conducted in the townhall in Nessebar. Receptions can be held in one of Nessebars many excellent fish restaurants. Although most couples opt to return to Sunnybeach. It is possible to be married in many outdoor locations throughout Sunnybeach. These details can be requested from the wedding co-ordinator. Many couples opt to have their civil weddings in the grounds of fantastic hotels, this way they do not have to worry about the extra cost and hassle of transfers for their guests. If you have always dreamt of getting married on the beach, why not consider Bulgaria? Exchange your wedding vows under a gazebo on the sand as the sun sets or enjoy a poolside ceremony under the sun and stars. All details on request from your wedding planner. Welcome your guests by hosting a pre wedding party
Welcome your guests with a reception at your hotel on a day of your choice. Let your wedding planner arrange for you a cold buffet with a welcome drink thrown in for only €20 per person.  Please enquire for details.

Suggested Reception Venues
In Bulgaria the preferred reception venue tends to be a hotel as opposed to a restaurant. However if you would prefer a restaurant, your wedding planner can advise you. There are some Bulgarian folklore restaurants if you fancy getting married in the spirit of Bulgarian tradition ­ information for these restaurants will be on request. Or try some excellent fish restaurants on the seafront in Nessebar. The two hotels we have chosen for the wedding brochure are the Victoria Palace Hotel and the Chaika Beach Resort located in Sunny Beach. Both hotels are 4 star properties and offer an excellent range of facilities.
The Victoria Palace Hotel and Residence
One of the most popular hotels in Sunny Beach, the Victoria Palace makes for an ideal choice for a wedding! The bride and groom and wedding party can choose between the two types of accommodation on offer at the Victoria Palace, in either the guest rooms at the 4* hotel or the 3* 1 bed apartments located at the back of the hotel. The hotel has direct access onto the sandy beach and is only 800 metres from the resort centre. The restaurant is well situated with lovely views creating an ideal setting for the wedding reception. Approximate cost: For wedding parties dinner starts at €45 per person. Children under 12 years can have a reduced children¹s menu for €20 per person For wedding parties of 20 people or more the Victoria Palace will offer a discount of 10% off the wedding reception meal.
Chaika Beach Resort
The younger sister of the Victoria Palace and more modern in style, the Chaika Beach is another ideal choice for a wedding! Designed in a neo-classical style and well suited to families of all ages. The hotel has direct access onto the sandy beach and is only 200 metres from the resort centre. The restaurant is well situated with lovely views creating an ideal setting for the wedding reception.
