Villa Crispa is located in a desirable spot, just walking distance from the beach, shops and a great selection of restaurants. The local beach is Sao Lourenco, which has its very own beach bar, plus the famous beach of Gale is also just a short distance away.

This charming villa is split into two levels comprising a spacious open-plan lounge/dining space and a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances on the ground floor. Also on this level is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed plus a family shower room. Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor where two light and airy double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and access to a spacious terrace with gorgeous panoramic coastal views. Double patio doors lead from the lounge to the pool terrace, where you'll find a brick-built barbecue and terrace furniture is supplied to enjoy an authentic 'al fresco' dining experience. Steps from the sun terrace also give access to the balcony shared by the first-floor bedrooms.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide which leads to the villa itself. The front door has a width 79cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 68cm wide. All the villa grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 72cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide.
