• Cancellation of Tailor-made European Holidays: 84 days before departure, any deposit paid will be forfeited
• Flight cancellation within 83 days : Full cancellation for the flights & any flight extras added on
• Hotel cancellation: within 29-83 days of departure 50% of the cost of the hotel is forfeited
