Cuba Holidays

Cuba is the largest island in the Caribbean and is situated 90 miles south of Florida.

A fascinating island which has seen a significant rise in popularity in recent years due to its great mix of cultural heritage, fascinating history, ecological wonders, fine weather and powder soft sandy beaches. Of course your holiday to Cuba will not be complete without spending some time in its famous capital city Havana, now a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Going to Cuba is like taking a trip around the world within the one country! You can discover the ruins of French coffee plantations, tour Spanish colonial cities dating back to the 16th century, admire the plentiful vintage American cars, relax in one of its all-inclusive beachside resorts and European styled spas, hike through spectacular mountains and exotic lush rainforests, dive on one of the world's greatest reefs or salsa the night away to Afro-Cuban and Latin rhythms while drinking Mojitos like they were meant to be drank!

TOP TIPS: Visit a cigar factory in Havana and see the genuine Cuban being made, take a vintage 1950’s car tour around Havana or for fans of Hemingway, visit his house.

Please note: with Cuba’s continued economic development it is not at the same level as we have in Europe and some aspects of life in Cuba are very different from what we experience here in Ireland, You must take into consideration that certain standards in services levels and transport may not be what we are accustomed too.

Sunway offer accommodations in the beachside resorts of Varadero and Guardalavaca, Havana city and dedicated island tours that take in the Pearl of the Caribbean sites (Havana, Santa Clara, Trinidad, Cienfuegos, Las Terrazas, Vinales, and back to Havana).
