Villa Vivienda Jade

The bright dining and living areas merge with a well-equipped modern kitchen, with a double bedroom and another bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children is also on this floor. Upstairs you’ll find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that open out onto a superb outdoor balcony, furnished with a lounge area that is perfect for admiring the breath-taking coastal landscape. A second dining area also acts as a conservatory, with floor-to-ceiling, fully-openable windows that illuminate the whole room with natural daylight.

Outside, the oval-shaped pool takes centre stage in the wide stone patio, fringed with exotic palm trees and comfortable sun loungers that are great for soaking up the warm Algarve sun. The built-in barbecue is the perfect addition for cooking up some alfresco meals as the evening slowly draws in.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path that is 300cm wide, there is a ramp leading to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide.  The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 62cm wide.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 180cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide.  The outside grounds are flat, even and paved stoned.  The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.  The ground floor bedroom doors are 62cm and the ground floor bathroom door is 58cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.  There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.  The first floor bedroom doors are 62cm wide and the first floor bathroom door is 64cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.  “Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
