Mobility

This villa is in a mostly flat area. To access the villa there is a 185cm wide path and 3 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm. The door to the terrace is 92cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the raised terrace to the pool terrace, and the terrace around the pool is flat and paved. There are 4 roman steps into the pool and also a ladder. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. There are no bedrooms located on the ground floor, all 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor.
