Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 185cm wide. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 75cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a step of approximately 22cm down from the patio doorframe. The pool itself has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor. All bedrooms have a door width of 77cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 68cm.
