To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 60cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a slight lip over the patio doorframe. The pool itself has step access. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 60cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor, which is via a spiral staircase.
