The villa boasts three modern bedrooms, with coin operated air conditioning ensuring cool nights during the summer months. A fully fitted kitchen and lounge with a smart TV, provide all the essentials for your self catering getaway. Outside, be sure to make use of the brick BBQ and alfresco dining, whilst enjoying the Canarian sunshine with loved ones.

Whilst the villa doesn't have a driveway, you'll find plenty of parking spaces directly outside the villa.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide alongside 8 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There is a slight lip over the patio door frames, and an edging around the pool. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 57cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor.
