Located in a serene rural corner of the Dubrovnik Rivera just outside Orasac, you’re surrounded by olive groves and wild woodland at every turn. With beaches galore, a great restaurant scene and churches aplenty, there’s something for everyone. Just a twenty-minute drive or bus away is the UNESCO World Heritage city of Dubrovnik, where first-class restaurants and bars and a famous fortress await. The external areas of Villa Hillside Nest is what we picture when we think of a peaceful escape, with the traditional Dalmatian stone architecture and wooden shutters oozing a romantic ambience. From the dreamy sun-drenched terrace, head to the comfy sofa area, which is perfect for reading or an afternoon snooze. It'll be hard to leave this private corner of paradise, fringed by lush green hills and backed by mesmerising views out to the azure blue sea. The tempting waters of the private pool add to the relaxed setting, lined with plush sun loungers for afternoons basking in the Croatian sunshine. If dinner whilst watching the sunset sounds like your kind of evening, there’s an alfresco dining area and a built-in barbecue at your disposal. An enchanting mix of old and new, fusing a traditional rustic farmhouse feel with chic and colourful interiors. The ground floor is a lovely ensemble of contemporary décor, pale walls, bold contrasting furniture and vibrant wall art which brings the whole insides to life. Upstairs are two double bedrooms which open out to the upper balcony, the ideal place to unwind with a morning coffee. The third bedroom is typically a twin, but can be made as a double if requested.
