On arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome pack, containing an array of essentials and treats, from milk, wine and coffee, to biscuits, bread, and cheeses. Mobility

When accessing the property there is a slight incline on the driveway.  To access the villa there is a path which is 280cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide.  The lounge door is 70cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 239cm wide.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 127cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide.  The outside grounds are flat and even, there are some areas of the garden which are grassed.  The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.  There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level.  There are 19 steps leading to the first floor level.  The bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the bathroom door is 67cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.  *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
