The stunning Protaras Holiday Villa sits in a prime location for beach lovers. In less than 100m you'll find yourself on the beautiful Trinity Beach, ideal for a day of soaking up the rays as you watch the boats sail along the horizon or enjoy a cocktail or two at the beach bar. Nearby shops and local tavernas are all within walking distance and just a stone's throw away, making Proatars Holiday Villa car optional. 

Alternatively, if you enjoy a day by the pool then look no further. A refreshing pool takes centre stage on the terrace, lined with sun loungers and offering distant sea views. For budding chefs, there's a brick-built BBQ facing the sea, what an amazing spot for grilling up some fresh seafood for friends and family. 

Stepping stones lead you from the terrace into the open-plan living room and kitchen. This modern room is bright and airy, as the patio doors let in floods of natural light and white-washed walls brighten the room. On one end of the room you'll find cosy sofas and a flat-screen TV, whilst the other end is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The ground floor is also home to the first bedroom, a double with access to a separate shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, we find the remaining two bedrooms, one master double with an ensuite and another double with access to a separate shower room. Both first-floor bedrooms boast a beautiful balcony, ideal for a nightcap as you watch the waves lap in the distance.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 102cm, whilst other access doors have a width of 200cm. The path to the pool is 200cm wide. The pool terrace is flat, even and spacious. The pool itself has ladder access with 3 steps. Inside, the bedroom on the ground floor with the widest door is the double bedroom, with a width of 76cm, whilst the shower room has a door width of 73cm. The shower room and toilet on the ground floor does require step access, there are 4 steps. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The widest bedroom door is 76cm wide, this is the master bedroom and the widest bathroom door is 73cm wide.
