Inside, Villa David Heraklion is set over 3 floors. It is spacious, airy, welcoming and fully air-conditioned. The main living area is located on the ground floor where there is a lounge, full of natural light, together with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those holiday feasts! On this floor, there is also a welcoming double bedroom and a WC. Stairs lead down to the lower floor where there are two bedrooms, a double and a single, plus a shower room and a comfortable sitting area. The remaining 2 bedrooms, sharing a family bathroom, are located on the upper floor. They are respectively a double and a twin room. The villa also offers a useful gym set in the annex.

Outside the villa is a true oasis, surrounded by manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers where extensive terraces provide lovely views. There is a superb private heated swimming pool surrounded by a plethora of sun beds and parasols. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, there is a tranquil outdoor shaded dining area with an amazing outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace area is flat with a mixture of paving and grass. There are 2 steps up to the pool area, whilst the pool itself requires ladder access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor, however, the door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
