This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. There is a steep incline to the villa entrance. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 100cm wide. The terrace is tiled and mostly flat, however there is a small step up to the dining area. The pool itself requires ladder access. This is a ground-floor property, where the door into the kitchen is 200cm wide, and the door into the lounge is 100cm wide.
