Villa Sunset Lygaria

Set discretely into a picturesque hillside close to the resort of Agia Pelagia, the villa is located just a short distance from Lygaria beach with its small supermarket, restaurants and white pebble and sand beach, yet exudes a feel of rural seclusion. Villa Sunset Lygaria has the feel of a much-loved family home with plenty of space both inside and out. Rooms comprise three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a main living area with a spacious lounge, kitchen, and dining area, all combining modern amenities with traditional furniture. The nearby family beach resort of Agia Pelagia is just a short drive away and the villa is excellently positioned for relaxing or sightseeing around this fascinating part of Crete. The beach and amenities of Lygaria can be found just a 15-minute downhill stroll away, while the striking surrounding mountains and rocky hillsides protect the bay from north winds, making it a great choice for sea lovers.

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 76cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. There are a number of steps around the exterior of this property, however these are minimal. Overall the terrace is flat. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor where bedroom 3 has a door width of 80cm, however the bathroom door is only 67cm wide.
