Ammos Beach House

Rarely do you have the opportunity to set foot outside your villa and walk straight onto of one of Rhodes’ gorgeous beaches, but that’s exactly what’s on offer at Ammos Beach House. A quaint, traditional property which has recently been renovated featuring all the mod-cons and a stunning swimming pool, this holiday home is bound to be a firm favourite within our Greek villa portfolio for years to come.

Set over two stories, Ammos Beach House comfortably sleeps 8 guests within 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. The pièce de résistance is surely the outdoor terrace, featuring an exceptional 13.5-metre-long pool, a shaded dining terrace and ample space to unwind whilst enjoying the panoramic vistas of the azure ocean ahead.

Ideally located on the beach at Lotharika the villa offers the perfect location to access the scattering of beach tavernas as well as having a supermarket just a short walk away. For more variety the resorts of Pefkos and Lardos are both within easy reach, with the former being home to a multitude of popular shops, restaurants and bars.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 148cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 86cm wide. The terrace is uneven in places due to the concrete exteriors. The pool itself has step access. This villa is on two floors, whilst there are a few internal steps around the ground floor. These can be seen in a number of our internal images. The ground floor bedroom and shower room doors are 68cm wide. One of the double beds is on a raised mezzanine style platform that requires step access. This can be seen in one of our images.
