Blue Moon Villa

Romantic, secluded and ideal for couples, this appealing villa is designed for rest and relaxation. Blue Moon Villa is just a short distance from the peaceful resort of Kolymbia, with a wide range of shops, bars and tavernas and home to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island.

The villa’s interior is light and bright, with whitewashed walls and bright blue window frames and shuttered doors – a nod to the villa’s name. The layout on the ground floor is open plan for the main communal areas, offering a beautiful lounge with beamed ceilings and a fireplace, a dining area with access to the pool terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms, and the Master Bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom and access to a large balcony, with uninterrupted views to the pool terrace.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful fenced Mediterranean garden with a private pool, sunbeds, parasols, sun deck, and all outdoor amenities you could need. Next to the pool there is a barbecue with a separate traditional-style oven, and a dining area for six people. From the villa you’re just 1.5 km from the centre of Kolymbia Village and a 20-minute drive from Lindos, with its magnificent Acropolis and lively atmosphere.

Mobility

This resort is very mountainous and there are many steep hills, the surrounding area of the villa is quite hilly. To access the villa the path is 100cm wide with 2 steps up to the villa. The front door has a width of 60cm, other access doors are 70cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 70cm wide and there is 1 step to reach the pool area. The pool itself has Roman steps access. Inside the villa, there is one bedroom on the ground floor, it’s door is 65cm wide. There is also a shower room on this level with a door measuring 77cm wide. The living and dining space is open plan and is accessed directly from the front door. To reach the first floor there are 20 steps.
