Gaia Green Villa is a brand-new villa, guaranteed to be a memorable, relaxing, and unique experience. The villa is located in the well-known area of Kolympia in the middle of the island. In addition to offering easy access to all the must–visit places of Rhodes, it is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafes, and all amenities you will need.

The villa has three fully air-conditioned, large bedrooms, all with double beds, en suite bathrooms, flat screen smart TVs as well as large windows welcoming in the natural surroundings. The ample living room is a truly relaxing space, evidenced in the attention to detail, and the kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your culinary habits, as well as your experiments with the superb local produce.

The property's outdoor space is fantastic, you can enjoy time around the private swimming pool with hydromassage, and there's always time on the sun beds, with handy shaded cover, for you to relax in the warm sunshine. For your ultimate relaxation, there is an outdoor bathtub with hot water and a beautiful veranda with BBQ, and an outdoor dining table.

Gaia Green Villa is located a stroll away from Kolympia village where you will find shops and restaurants. Tsampika Beach is considered the best sandy beach in Rhodes and is only 8 minutes away by car. There are many charming locations in Rhodes, the Seven Springs forest is only 1km away, Lindos, is 25 minutes away where you'll find its magnificent Acropolis along with the most idyllic beaches and the Old Town of Rhodes is not to be missed, known as the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe.

Mobility

The villa is a single-story property with a path to the front door measuring 136cm in width and two steps leading to the entrance. The front door is 104cm wide. The pool is located in front of the house as you enter the gate. The pool area is accessed via a 120cm-wide path and features Roman steps for entry. Other access doors to the villa, including those leading to the terrace and pool area, measure 145cm in width. Inside the villa the ground floor includes bedrooms and bathrooms, with doors measuring 80cm wide for bedrooms and 70cm wide for the bathrooms. The kitchen/dining room and the lounge area are open plan with entrance spaces that are 86cm wide.
