Lambis Athina is a fabulous new, ultra modern semi detached villa in this much sought after area. Just a short stroll from shops and restaurants, it is even walking distance from the lovely town of Lindos and the beach I just over 1 klm away.

The villas are totally separated by a high fence to give very good levels of privacy whilst to the rear a shared access area leads to your private entrance gate and into a beautiful secluded courtyard where you can enjoy the barbecue, a game of table tennis or a great game of pool under the shade.

All in all a super house for two couples or a small family with the added advantage that a larger party could book both this and the sister villa (Lambis Harmonia) and holiday side by side but totally independently.

Mobility

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide along with 3 steps but there is also ramp access available. The front door has a width of 95cm and other doors that access the pool area are 89cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 98cm wide and there is a total of 5 steps around the villa grounds. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 18 steps to the first floor.
