Only a 10 minute walk away, this villa is set just above the Lindos, one of the most attractive and beautiful villages in Rhodes. As the villa is so close to Lindos you are also rewarded with an amazing view of the towering acropolis from the swimming pool. Just a 15 minute walk away, you will also find the enchanting St Pauls Bay, a popular spot for weddings on the island.

Inside the living area is open planned with the kitchen, stairs lead up to a double bedroom and twin bedroom which both share a bathroom. The villa comes complete with air-conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms, free WiFi and table tennis.

Outside the villa is a pergola with dining table and chairs and a brick BBQ for alfresco evenings. Your private swimming is set within a grass garden and is fully enclosed with wooden panel fencing to give you privacy. Its sister villas Sapphire, Ruby & Topaz are also exclusive to Solmar.

Mobility

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 145cm wide as well as 2 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm and other doors that access the pool area are 90cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 110cm wide and there are 6 steps to the pool area. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest is up 18 steps to the first floor.
