Love White Villa is a work of minimalistic brilliance featuring open-plan interiors. This spectacular villa has three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which are on the first floor and have fantastic balconies. The oversized master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a cozy living room in white tones and has an ensuite master bathroom with a bath tub and a shower. The second bedroom, in a pearl-white palette, has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom also with a bath tub and a shower. Both incredible bedrooms have walk-in closets.

On the ground floor, there’s a huge open-plan kitchen which is fully equipped and has multiple seating areas where you can enjoy a meal. The charming living room decorated in white tones has a smart TV Throughout the villa there are plenty of smart TVs and free Wi-Fi access as well as under floor heating.

Love White villa continues to surprise you as you go downstairs, to the sophisticated basement. It has a unique bedroom with a double bed and a modern living room with a sofa that easily converts into a comfy double sofa bed. At the same level there is a second fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. In addition, there is a stylish bathroom with a bath tub and a shower.

In the outside area, guests can enjoy the dreamy private swimming pool surrounded by a lovely garden. There are plenty of sun loungers where you can relax and work on your tan under the rays of the Aegean Sun. Also, there’s a BBQ along with a seating area to enjoy a gathering with your friends or family. 

This incredible villa is set in Ixia, where you can find everything you might need during your stay such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and car rentals. Ixia beach is only a 5-minute walk where you’ll have the chance to admire an idyllic sunset and take a romantic walk. Visitors shouldn’t miss one of the most attractive destinations of Rhodes, the Valley of the butterflies within a distance of only a 25-minute drive. The villa is about an hour's drive away from the south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site on Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. The airport is located only a 15-minute driving distance

Mobility

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous.  To access the villa there is a path which is 89cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide.  There is a step down from the entrance leading into the living area, the lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 200cm wide, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 100cm wide.  The pool/terrace grounds are tiled, paved stoned and some parts are wooden decking, the garden grounds are grassed and are surrounded by shrubs. The outside grounds are flat and even, the garden grounds are on several levels.  The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.  There are multiple steps leading down to the lower floor level, on this level there is an extra lounge/kitchen and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.  There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level, on this level there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.  The bedroom and bathroom doors are 73cm wide.  All bathrooms are a shower over bath type.  Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
