Sea La Vie Villa

Just metres away from a secluded golden-sand beach, Villa Sea La Vie is aptly named and offers beachside bliss for couples or families looking to spend precious moments together. Located on a quiet coastal road in the charming resort of Kiotari on the southeast coast of Rhodes, the brand-new villa offers unbeatable panoramas of the blue Aegean Sea and is perfect for a villa holiday by the beach.

The stylish villa accommodates up to six people with three double bedrooms all featuring a flat screen TV – one has an ensuite bathroom and two have their own balconies overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There is also an open plan living room with a sitting area, dining area, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Sea La Vie features a fenced garden for additional privacy, along with barbecue facilities and outdoor sitting areas for alfresco living. The private terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is an ideal spot for relaxing in the Greek sunshine and marvelling at the magnificent view. You have several options for sunbathing – relax around the sparkling turquoise pool or take a short stroll down the path leading to an unspoilt beach.

Situated in the most elegant part of the island, Villa Sea La Vie is close to the centre of Kiotari where you can find a good selection of small traditional tavernas, cafes, supermarkets and shops. Half an hour gets you to Lindos with its famous Acropolis and in just over an hour you can be in Rhodes city centre and the Old Town (designated World Heritage site by UNESCO).

Mobility

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous.  To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 4 steps to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide.  The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide.  The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the area surrounding the villa is hilly and uneven.  The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.  The ground floor bedroom door is 73cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 75cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.  There are 18 steps leading to the first floor level.  The first floor bedroom doors are 74cm wide and the first floor bathroom door is 75cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
