Serenity Elia

Serenity Elia is part of a wonderful new villa complex close to the beach of Kolymbia, a peaceful resort located on the eastern coast of the island. Set over one level, the villa has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and their own television, and a double sofa-bed in the living room. There is an open-plan lounge, whitewashed kitchen and dining room with luxury accents including a marble centrepiece with a flat screen tv and glass fireplace. Sliding doors lead to the outside furnished terrace where you enjoy the Mediterranean sun, accompanied by the Aegean breeze and a deep sense of privacy and solitude. The grounds are beautiful, with lawned gardens, a built-in barbecue and a serene swimming pool with a waterfall feature and modern sunloungers.

Discover a number of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on Eucalyptus Road just a five-minute walk away from the villa, while Tsampika beach, considered to be the most beautiful sandy beach in Rhodes, is only five minutes away by car. You’re also midway between lively Faliraki and ancient Lindos, meaning you have a variety of day-trips on offer.

Mobility

The area where the villa is situated is hilly and mountainous.  The villa is on one level.  To access the villa there is a path which is 75cm wide, leading to 6 steps to the front door, the front door is 70cm wide.  The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 65cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 76cm wide.  The pool/terrace grounds are flat, paved stoned and even, the garden grounds are grassed with mature trees.  The pool has a ladder and steps to access.  The bedroom doors are 70cm wide and the bathroom door is 58cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
