Villa Aileen

Aileen most likely originated in the Greek language and means “torch of light”. This amazing villa, except for a great name, has an incredible decorating style and a wonderful private swimming pool. It’s located at Koskinou village and hosts up to 10 guests.

The modern interior design, and all the amenities of the villa will provide you with a memorable stay. Villa Aileen is a 5-bedroom villa. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for any meal preparation along with comfortable seating areas and there’s a unique living area designed to give you a restful feel. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a WC. 

On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with twin beds. One of the double-bedded rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower for your ultimate comfort. There is also another bathroom with a shower. 

Outdoors, you will find the enchanting private swimming pool and its sunbeds. The outdoors area is peaceful with an incredible view of the sea and the beautiful garden. You will be able to relax in comfort in the outdoors space which offers a BBQ facility and a seating area with a pergola to relax and enjoy.

The villa is situated in Koskinou village, which is an ideal location for summer holidays in Rhodes as it is close to most of the island’s major attractions and just a short drive from the center of Rhodes town. This beautiful village is built on the top of a hill overlooking the east coast of Rhodes and is just a 10 minute drive from the nearest beach. At the lively main square of the village, you can find many shops, bars and traditional restaurants. 

Mobility

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 86cm wide. Outside, there is a small step down from the covered terrace area. Overall, the terrace is flat and tiled, with a small area of lawn. Inside, the ground floor bedroom with the widest door is 78cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 67cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
