This stunning villa sits in a prime location, just a short walk from all of the local amenities of Gennadi, including the local beach. Villa Anthos Kerasia is the perfect place to either spend the day relaxing under the sun, or explore the beautiful island of Rhodes, offering all of the ingredients that you need to make your holiday truly your own. Inside, you will find three cosy, ensuite bedrooms, able to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, all set on the ground floor, with direct access to the spacious terrace. An open-plan, modern kitchen and living space is at the heart of the home, leading to a covered terrace with a large seating area, and the ideal alfresco dining facilities. A large, open pool terrace offers incredible views over an expanse of greenery out to the crystal blue Ionian sea.
Mobility
The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous. The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 80 cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 80cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide, there is a slight step down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 80cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, tiled and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The bedroom and bathroom doors are 68cm wide, all bathrooms are walk in shower type.
