Villa Elios Residence

This stunning new villa has just been completed on the hillside leading to Asklipeio, above the glorious coastline running from Lardos down to Gennadi, offering incredible sunset views over the sea.

Offering sea and country views from the elevated position, just a couple of minutes in the car will bring you down to Kiotari with its glorious beach, laid back beach bars and restaurants. From Elios you can also explore further inland to discover the more traditional delights of the hillside villages including Asklipeio and Gennadi within a very short distance.

Beautifully designed and equipped with great love and care by Maria, Elios Residence is very comfortable with earthy, relaxing tones. With two double bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms, and a balcony offering panoramic views.

On the ground floor there is a study room equipped with a sofa bed for single use and an additional WC, adding to the spacious living area and kitchen which are beautifully designed with gorgeous details.

Outside there is a resplendent pool and a generous terrace with sunbeds. In addition, a shaded kiosk with comfortable outdoor seating and of course outdoor dining thanks to the portable barbecue.

Elios Residence is bound to be popular for its stylish décor but also the location gives the guests access to all the areas of southern Rhodes within a short drive, choose from the mythical Lindos at the northern end to the very southern tip with glorious unspoilt beaches.

Mobility

The area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly and mountainous.  To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide leading to the front door, the front door is 88cm wide.  The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide.  The outside grounds are flat, tiled and even.  The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.  There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level.  There are 20 steps leading to the first floor level.  The bedroom doors are 77cm wide and bathroom doors are 72cm wide, the bathrooms are a walkin shower type and a shower over bath type.
