As you step inside, you will be greeted with a refreshing blend of chic and modern decor, the two-story layout reveals four cosy bedrooms. Both bedrooms downstairs offer direct access to the terrace, with the second bedroom benefitting from a whirlpool. Two further bedrooms lie upstairs, each with its own balcony, flat-screen TV and ensuite shower room.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 10 steps. The front door has a width of 79cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 65cm wide. The terrace is tiled and uneven in places. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 65cm whilst the ensuite door is 51cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 67cm wide, and the ensuite door 51cm wide.
