The villa is on one level.  To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door, the front door is 90cm wide.  The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan.  To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 90cm wide, there are 4 steps down from the terrace to the pool area, the path to the pool is 90cm wide.  The outside grounds are flat, paved stoned and even.  The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.  The bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the bathroom doors are 68cm wide, there are 2 steps up from the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.  The ensuite bathroom is a shower over bath type and the main bathroom is a shower type.
