Villa Ioanna

This lovingly furnished villa offers air-conditioning in the living area and all bedrooms. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen leads out to the living room with dining facilities and patio doors to the swimming pool. A double bedroom and shower room are also located on the ground floor. Upstairs a twin bedroom and double bedroom share a bathroom. Outside there is a separate annex twin bedroom with shower en-suite to the side of the villa. 

From the patio doors you will find your own private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. To the other side of the villa are rattan table and chairs under a shaded pergola and a brick BBQ for lazy evenings dining alfresco. Villa Ioanna also comes with a table tennis and a pool table. Its sister villa Ophelia is located next door making these villas an ideal choice for larger families or friends.

Positioned just off the main road leading from Lindos to Pefkos, from here you can easily reach a host of local amenities in just a very short drive. In Lindos you can explore the narrow, cobbled streets with roof top restaurants taking in the amazing views. Or a short drive in the other direction will bring you to the charming village of Pefkos with a host of restaurants, shops and beautiful sandy beach. 

Mobility

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. There is 1 step to access the villa with a path width of 166cm. the front door is 84cm wide and other doors to access the pool are 109cm wide and the paths to reach the pool are 104cm wide. The pool has roman steps and the outside area is flat with only 1 small step. The widest bedroom door is 71cm on the ground floor and the bath/shower room on the ground floor is 69cm.
