To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 87cm wide. The patio terrace is open and flat, whilst uneven in some places, such as the lawn area. Inside, the bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 72cm, whilst the shower room door is 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge area is 87cm wide.
