This spacious 6 bedroom villa comes with a fully equipped main house comprising of spacious lounge, a well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms (one of these has an ensuite shower room with massage shower), to the side of the villa is a separate annex with a small seating area, double bedroom, bathroom and twin bedroom on an open mezzanine above the seating area. An Additional annex provides 2 further bedrooms and a shower room. All of the accommodation is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi available throughout the property. Outside a large private swimming pool awaits you set around a spacious lawned garden and a large covered pergola with a brick BBQ for those wanting to dine alfresco, as well as a bar and a fabulous hot tub for your enjoyment.

Villa Rose Garden is conveniently situated half way between Lindos and Rhodes town and only a 5 minute drive from the Blue Flag awarded beach of Afandou with a fine selection of water sports, boat trips and other summer activities.

Mobility

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. The villa has 6 steps for access and a path of 146cm wide. The front door has a width of 146cm along with other doors to access the pool being 193cm wide. The pool has roman steps for entrance and the outside space is flat. On the ground floor there are 2 steps. The widest bedroom door width is 76cm which is on the ground floor along with the widest bath/shower room door which is 69cm also being on the ground floor.
