The pool, just between the villa and the beach with a separated shallow pool section, offers open sea views. The lovely pool terrace also offers shade from a pergola which gives privacy from an adjacent property. In addition, the side terrace boasts a Hot Tub, for wonderful moments of relaxation whilst enjoying the beautiful view.

Mobility

There is 1 step into the villa and a path to the steps which are 125cm wide. The front door has a width of 100cm and other doors that access the pool area are 150cm wide. The pool has roman steps to enter and the grounds are flat. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is also 71cm wide.
