Inside, you’re welcomed by refreshingly modern and chic décor, with cool neutral tones throughout evoking a calming atmosphere. Four cosy bedrooms are set across two stories, each including access to their own balcony or terrace – the perfect spot to take in the cool, morning breeze as you sip your coffee. A generous sun terrace wraps around the villa, with plenty of well-placed seating areas for a spot of relaxation, and a brick-built barbeque area perfect for alfresco dining in the cool evening air.
The large private pool is lined with plush sofas, ideal for you to find a comfortable spot as you watch the sunset over the blue Ionian waters.
Mobility
To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 10 steps. The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 87cm wide. The terrace is tiled and uneven in places. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom has a door width of 63cm whilst the ensuite door is 67cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the widest bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the ensuite door 62cm wide.
