Upon entering the villa, you will find the spacious and sunlit living area, which has been thoughtfully adorned by the owners. Fine materials, including oak and corten steel, contribute to an ambiance of refined comfort. Adorning the walls, traditional “sa corbula” baskets from central Sardinia infuse the space with local character. A large kitchen features a wooden dining table and a discreet wine cellar, whilst French doors in both the living area and kitchen seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor spaces. All on the ground floor lies the sleeping area, comprising three double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom with an external bathroom, thoughtfully serving both the living area and guests.

Mobility

This villa is in a slightly hilly area. The villa features a vast parking area which is on a slope and crazy paved, please take care. The exteriors are uneven in places with multiple steps around the grounds. The pool has step access. The ground floor is on a split level with some steps up to the bedrooms, and steps down to the living area.
