Villa da Roselina is a stunning, contemporary property tucked away in the hills surrounding the resort town of Calheta.
Recently refurbished, this former farmhouse cottage is set over two floors and offers space to comfortably accommodate 10 guests

On the ground floor, the open-plan living area benefits from a sitting area, dining table with seating for 10 people, and a flat screen table TV with cable, a DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker for your entertainment.
There are plenty of restaurants in the local area, but for those evenings where you want to dine in or pool-side light lunches, the open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster.
Up on the first floor, you’ll find four bedrooms
● two doubles and two twin rooms.There is also a self-contained, en-suite fifth bedroom in the annexe.
Also in the annexe, the billiards room is kitted out with a billiard table, TV, selection of games, and a PlayStation 3.
The outdoor elements of the property are just as impressive. A large solarium plays host to sunbeds, sun umbrellas, and a swimming pool, while the covered BBQ area with built-in BBQ, dining table and chairs provides the ideal spot for an al fresco lunch or a relaxing evening meal.
And, if you want to stay on top of your fitness regime during your break, the property boasts a rooftop fitness room complete with a treadmill, cross-trainer, multi-exercise bench, and weights, so you can work out while you take in the stunning views.
The local area has plenty to offer. Just 200 metres away, you’ll find the nearest amenities with a restaurant, café, supermarket, mini-market and medical centre, while there’s also a café, pharmacy, restaurant, and petrol station 200 metres away.
The resort town of Calheta is just 3km away. Here you’ll find a wonderful, man-made sandy beach, inviting restaurants, and a marina, as well as banks and a larger supermarket.
