Say Hola to the gorgeous Casa Kerr. Located within the La Sierrezuela area of Mijas, a quaint, traditional inland town filled with adorable busy backstreets, cute coffee shops and trendy tapas bars. A short drive away, you can find yourselves exploring this must-see town, as well as the bustling coastal resort of Fuengirola. With direct routes to Malaga, Marbella and Gibraltar, Casa Kerr is an ideal choice for those looking for a base to explore the South of Spain. 

Alternatively, there's no need to leave this slice of paradise. Casa Kerr comes complete with a range of facilities, including a heated* pool, gym, and pool table. Sunbathe in style amongst the exotic garden, brimming with towering palm trees and evergreen bushes. The 12m pool really caught our eye, heated* on request with elegant Roman steps and dotted with sun loungers. For a spot of shade away from the midday sun there's a covered terrace up a sweeping staircase, complete with garden furniture and Balinese sculptures.

The villa itself is split into two levels, a lower ground floor annex, and the ground floor. The lower annex is accessed externally and is a great choice for those wanting a little extra privacy on their group holiday. It comes complete with its own kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and a shower room. The ground floor is accessed via an external staircase and features another kitchen, lounge, gym, and games room with a pool table. There are a further three bedrooms, beautifully decorated with splashes of colour and cool air conditioning.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path with a width of 320cm along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 77cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 86cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 210cm wide and the grounds are on a slope to the front door, and also to the pool level. The of road parking on a fairly steep slope. All the bedrooms have a door width of 69cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 144cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 144cm.
