Villla Alberto is a two-storey villa. Steps lead from the road up to the private pool area and ground floor. At first-floor level there is a a long sheltered deck with dining area overlooking the pool and a patio with outdoor cooking facilities. This can be accessed from inside or from outside via steps from the pool area. On the ground floor of the villa are two bedrooms (both with two single beds), a spare/storage room, and a shared bathroom. On the first floor is an open-plan living/dining area and kitchen, two bedrooms (with double bed, with two single beds) and a shared bathroom.

Mobility

The surrounding area where the villa is situated is fairly hilly, To access the villa there is a path that is 120cm wide leading to the front door which is 100cm wide. The lounge door and the kitchen/dining room doors are both 100cm wide, there are several steps on the ground floor leading to the lounge and kitchen area, and there are also steps leading to the ground floor bedrooms and bathroom.   To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 77cm wide, the area surrounding the pool is slightly uneven. The pool has a Ladder type, there are no steps. The path surrounding the pool is 120cm wide. The ground floor bedroom doors are 63cm wide and the bathroom and the ground floor is 65cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type.
