Villa Barclay

Villa Barclay is a pretty and traditional Spanish villa, located in an up-market urbanization and very close to the golden sandy beach of Saladillo. Inside the villa is very comfortably furnished throughout and comes complete with WiFi, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and UK TV including BBC, ITV, and Channel 4. Outside leads you to a private walled garden which is great for families and offers you that extra bit of intimacy. There is a covered terrace with dining facilities and a delightful private swimming pool set within mature gardens. All amenities are conveniently located close to Villa Barclay including the beautiful sandy beach and two trendy beach bars just a short 150 metre stroll away.There are also two large supermarkets, a selection of bars, shops and restaurants all within walking distance making this a true car optional villa. This is a great place to stay for beach lovers.

Mobility

The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide, leading to a step to the front door, the front door is 80cm wide.  The lounge door and kitchen/dining room doors are 86cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 70cm wide, the path to the pool is 80cm wide. The outside grounds are partially grassed with the rest of the area being paved stoned, the grounds are relatively flat.  The pool has steps. The bedroom doors are 68cm wide and the bathroom doors are 58cm wide, the bathroom is a shower/bath type. “Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
