Villa Felix Uno

Villa Felix Uno has been finished to a very high standard with a whitewashed and wonderfully modern exterior, stylish minimalist interiors and an inviting pool area. Inside, the villa is well appointed with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and modern facilities throughout. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms and the large windows on both levels ensure plenty of natural light floods into the rooms.

Discover a fantastic outdoor area set around the private pool, the perfect space for splashing around, dining alfresco and simply soaking up your surroundings. Nerja is one of the most beautiful regions of Andalucía and you’re close to its centre with a host of bars, shops and restaurants. As all our villas in Nerja come with a private pool, you don’t have to go anywhere to take a dip in the water, however the famous Playa Burriana isn’t far away if you’re after a change of scenery and a sea swim. The villa’s sister property Felix Dos sits next door and can be booked with this villa.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 100cm wide. The terrace area is flat and tiled, however, there are steps down to a lower terrace area with artificial grass. There are no ground floor bedrooms. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
