Mobility

Please note, this villa is in a hilly/mountainous area, and sits within an elevated position. The villa sits on a steep incline. This can be seen in some of the images. To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is uneven in places, and consists of crazy paving and tiles. This is a ground floor property. Inside, there is a step of 12cm into the lounge area. The bedroom with the widest door is the double bedroom next to the entrance, the door width is 70cm. The shower room door is 65cm wide.
