Villa Xiquetes

Villa Xiquetes is a beautiful villa, located in a pretty setting on the edge of the countryside and surrounded by gardens. This superb and elegant villa is full of natural light and has been built in the traditional design of a Mallorcan farmhouse with stuccoed walls, and shuttered doors.  Located only a 15-minute walk into the very heart of Cala D'or, where you'll find an array of amenities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Cala D’or offers a never-ending choice of bars and cafes, pretty sandy coved beaches and an impressive international yacht harbour. 

If you fancy a day by the pool, then it doesn't get much better than Villa Xiquetes! A large 11-metre pool is ideal for swimming a few lengths under the glistening sunshine. There's even a separate shallow section to enjoy a splash around. If you wanted to relax in style, then make use of the complimentary hot tub, or relax on the exterior day bed with a good book and glass of cool fruit juice. There's something for everyone at Villa Xiquetes, from a brick-built BBQ area for the budding chefs, to table tennis for the big kids out there.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining room is bright and airy, boasting panoramic views of the stunning landscape. Next door, a fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials you'd expect for an easy cooking experience, including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a tall fridge-freezer. On the ground floor, the first bedroom, a twin room has a private ensuite. From the entrance hall, a tiled staircase with a beautifully crafted wrought iron banister leads to the first floor. Here we find the three remaining bedrooms, two twins and a master double. The master double and one of the twin rooms also have access to a joint balcony terrace, offering more stunning views.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide, leading to a step to the front door which is 140cm wide, there is also a ramp leading to the door. The lounge door is 140cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 90cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 140cm wide, the path to the pool is 800cm wide, there is a ramp to the Jacuzzi area.  The outside terrace grounds are flat and even.  The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 90cm wide, the bathroom is a shower type. There are 19 steps leading to the first floor level. The first floor bedroom and bathroom doors are 70cm wide.
