Vista Playa

With stunning front line sea views, Vista Playa has an enviable position just a few steps from Puerto Pollensa’s beautiful sandy beach, as well as all of the amenities within the resort. Modern, chic and very comfortable throughout, the villa offers three air conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor each with their own ensuite, and an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area leading straight out to the pool terrace. Upstairs you will find two twin bedrooms, a separate shower room and a lounge area with kitchen. The pool terrace is completely enclosed and features a patch of lawn making it ideal for families and fairly secluded despite the villa’s central location. A barbecue is available with a shaded terrace adjacent so you can dine alfresco at your leisure, and table tennis is provided for some light-hearted competition during your stay. 

Mobility

There are 2 steps to enter this villa but there is a ramp access and a path which has a width of 400cm. The front door has a width of 90cm and other doors that access the pool area are all 90cm also. Paths from the villa to the pool are 500cm wide and the ground is flat with both lawn and patio areas. The pool has steps to enter and the outside space has 2 steps from the villa to the pool area. Inside there is 1 step down from the kitchen into the utility room. There widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 75cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 66cm wide.
