Alta Mar

Alta Mar offers spectacular views over the shimmering Mediterranean Sea from its privileged, elevated position in the resort of Cala en Porter. The beautiful pool terrace with different coloured pool lights and comfortable seating offers fantastic space to chill out in the evening. This unique villa is great for larger families and groups having two separate annex each with bedroom, shower-room and living space, yet at the same time is ideal for smaller families making sole use of the main house which has three en-suite bedrooms, the main kitchen and a beautiful lounge-diner with large arched windows to enjoy that wonderful sea view.

 A short walk takes you into the heart of Cala en Porter with a wide variety of restaurants and shops, with the delightful sandy beach a little further away. For the more active guests the Cala en Porter beach steps can be found 5 minutes’ walk from the villa. 

Due to the design and positioning of the property we ask that care is taken with small children and guests with restricted mobility due to the number of steps in and around the property.

**Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings.

Mobility

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 135cm wide along with 6 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 83cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 74cm wide and the grounds are flat/tiled. The pool has roman steps with handrail to enter and the property has numerous exterior staircases, plus an interior staircase down to the bedrooms. Inside there are 5 steps up to the conservatory and terrace with the built in BBQ. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest are on the first floor which is up 14 steps.
