The spectacular panoramic sea views from the pool terrace of Casa Adriana on the beautiful southwest coastline of Menorca can, on a clear day, stretch out as far as the neighbouring island of Mallorca. 

Stylishly decorated, this delightful villa has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday including 2 ensuite bedrooms and a separate bathroom to accommodate bedroom 3 - perfect when getting ready for an evening at one of the many nearby restaurants. 

The bustling marina which comes alive at night with a variety of restaurants, bars, night stalls with hand crafted souvenirs and occasional live music is a gentle 20 minutes’ walk away . Alternatively there is a small selection of restaurants a little closer to the villa or the historic port town of Ciutadella is a ten minute drive away.

Mobility

Arriving at the villa and entering through gate to a tiled pathway with slight incline the tiled pathway wraps itself around the property on a level pathway. Following pathway to the left to the front of the villa you arrive at the front terrace, BBQ area and pool, pool is entered via 3 curve roman steps with no handrail, the last step has a large drop into pool. From the terrace you enter property via double French doors (130cm). In to the living/dining room off this is a sliding door into the kitchen (60cm) off the kitchen is a door to the outside of the villa (70cm). Off the living space through an archway corridor (95cm) on right bathroom (70) corridor opens up more off this area is twin room (70) double room (70cm) with en-suite open planned with opening (90) into a step up shower with an entrance of (55) sliding door to the back of property (65). Master bedroom (70) and en-suite (70) with step in shower and entrance to shower (65).
