As you step into the villa, you're greeted by an expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The terrace adjoining this level is furnished with plush seating, perfect for soaking in the sun or enjoying alfresco meals against the backdrop of the Mediterranean. Descending to the lower ground floor, you'll discover four beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each offering serene vistas of the pool and the sea beyond. The layout of this level is split, adding a touch of architectural interest to the villa's design. From here, a short flight of steps leads to the striking pool terrace, where guests can bask in the Menorcan sunshine on comfortable loungers while admiring the stunning scenery.

For added convenience and privacy, a second lower ground floor bedroom with an independent entrance is accessed via steps from the pool terrace. This comprises a twin bedroom and a well-appointed shower room. Perfect for guests seeking a bit of solitude, this also features a separate wet room and cupboard with small fridge, ensuring refreshments are always close at hand.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 410cm wide, and has 16 steps. The front door has a width of 89cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 68cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 114cm wide and the grounds are flat and tiled, and there are 32 steps down to the pool. All the bedrooms have a door width of 68cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 128cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 117cm wide and the doorway into the lounge area is 88cm.
