Welcome to Santa Cruz, Son Bou, where style meets convenience in an unbeatable location. Perched atop an elevated position, this villa offers breathtaking sea views while remaining just a short walk from the resort centre with a plethora of restaurants, bar and a spectacular beach to explore.

A series of stairs lead you up to the villa where you step directly into the inviting living and dining room. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame stunning vistas of the sea and the pool terrace beyond. This area seamlessly connects to a modern kitchen, creating a perfect hub for socializing and entertaining.

On this main level, you'll find two tastefully appointed twin bedrooms, which share a convenient shower room. Additionally, there's a room featuring a sofa bed with its own en-suite facilities, providing extra space and flexibility for guests.

Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover two more twin bedrooms, also sharing a well-equipped shower room. However, the true gem of this level is the master double suite. Complete with luxurious en-suite facilities and its own private balcony, this sanctuary offers unparalleled views of the surroundings, allowing you to wake up to the sight of the shimmering sea every morning.

Stepping outside, the villa boasts an infinity pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, inviting you to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine. A built-in barbecue and outdoor dining facilities provide the perfect setting for al fresco meals, allowing you to savour delicious cuisine while enjoying the balmy breeze and spectacular views.

Mobility

Please note, this villa is in a hilly area. To access the villa there is a path which is 125cm wide with 50 steps leading to the villa. The front door has a width of 73cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 74cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 74cm wide and the grounds are on different levels, there are 14 steps leading to the pool and terrace area. Internally there are 15 steps leading to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 86cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 67cm. Internally, there are 2 steps to access the ground floor bathroom and 1 bedroom, then a further 2 steps to access the 2nd bedroom. There are 3 steps into the kitchen area.
