Prepare to be wowed by Villa Sarah! Located in the Northern resort of Arenal D'en Castell, this beautiful and modern property is one to capture your attention. Nestled within the Coves Noves area, this gorgeous property is conveniently located just a short stroll from the centre of the resort. Beach days are best spent on the sandy shores surrounding this picturesque area, whilst you can be sure to enjoy a traditional tapas lunch at one of the nearby bars or restaurants. 

For sunny days by the pool, then Villa Sarah is ideal. Surrounded by tropical shrubs, colourful flowers and evergreen bushes, this Mediterranean oasis is an ideal spot for alfresco lunches and morning coffees. Grab a sunlounger and top up your tan as the sunshine sits high in the sky. To cool off, an 8m pool sits in the centre of the terrace, surrounded by wooden decking and a natural stone patio. Patio doors lead to the lower ground floor, where you'll find a utility area and two spacious ensuite bedrooms with direct access to the terrace. Stairs lead up to the ground floor where we find the remainder of the rooms. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, both with shower ensuites for that little extra privacy. There's a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with panoramic sea views across the sparkling sea.

*Please note, the ground floor requires step access. Therefore, we do not recommend this property for those less mobile.

Mobility

To access the villa there is a path which is 137cm wide with 0 steps leading to the villa. The front door has a width of 88cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 93cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area is 120cm wide and the grounds are on different levels, there are 16 steps leading to the pool and terrace area. Internally there are 16 steps leading to the lower ground floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 70cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
