Kos

Kefalos is a beautiful town in Kos lying on the slopes of a hill, 40 km south west of the main town. It was the first capital of Kos and today it has a population of 2500 inhabitants. It is an ideal destination with plenty of beautiful beaches & traditional fish taverns.

Kefalos is a very family-friendly resort . There are a handful of nightclubs in Kefalos, which are ideal for couples on holiday looking for a relaxing holiday but with the option for some late night entertainment. For more choice on your night out, you'll need to head up the coast to the bigger resorts.

All in all, the general feel of Kefalos is more laid back, most people here will simply want to pull up a chair in one of the local restaurants and enjoy a fresh Greek meal with a few drinks.
