Day 3 - Johannesburg - Kruger (Skukuza)

Transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to the Kruger region. On arrival, continue to your hotel, check in and settle into your surroundings.

Day 4 - Kruger Safari

Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Kruger region, heading out early in an open safari vehicle. Return to your hotel for lunch before a second afternoon game drive in search of the region's abundant wildlife.

Day 5 - Kruger Safari

Continue your safari adventure with morning and afternoon game drives, exploring more of the Kruger region with your experienced guide.

Day 6 - Kruger (Skukuza) – Pretoria

Enjoy a final morning game drive in Kruger before flying back to Johannesburg and continuing to Pretoria. Your lunch will be packed today.

Day 7 - Pretoria – Rovos Rail

Explore Pretoria on an orientation tour, visiting the Union Buildings and Voortrekker Monument, before boarding the elegant Rovos Rail in the late afternoon. Enjoy a formal dinner on board as your rail adventure begins.

Day 8 - Rovos Rail

Enjoy a full day aboard Rovos Rail, relaxing in the observation car and watching the changing southern African scenery pass by.

Day 9 - Rovos Rail – Matobo National Park

Travel through baobab country before an afternoon excursion to Matobo National Park, where you'll discover ancient rock art and bushmen caves. Visit the grave of Cecil John Rhodes before returning to the train.

Day 10 - Rovos Rail – Hwange National Park

Travel along one of the world's longest stretches of straight railway line alongside Hwange National Park. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in the park, home to an impressive variety of wildlife.

Day 11 - Rovos Rail – Victoria Falls

Arrive in Victoria Falls and check in to your hotel before enjoying a relaxing afternoon at leisure. Later, cruise along the Zambezi River and enjoy a shared dinner cruise experience, keeping watch for hippos, crocodiles, birds and possibly elephants.

Day 12 - Victoria Falls

Visit the magnificent Victoria Falls with your guide before enjoying lunch at Dusty Roads, a traditional Zimbabwean restaurant in Chinotimba township. Spend the afternoon at leisure before a farewell boma dinner featuring local cuisine, dance and interactive drumming.
